MX Player for Tizen phone is an android app which runs on tizen with the help of ACL.So before you download MX Player you should download ACL.Personally I won't recommend android apps running on tizen phone as it slows the phone down.Inbuilt video player for tizen supports huge kinds of formats,if you are a windows phone you would know you require many players for many formats.But still inbuilt video player also has some limitations for example it cannot play video files having dual audio.In case like this you need MX player but even MX player has limitations for example mx player doesn't support AC-3 audio codec.If you have a video having AC-3 audio codec the video will play but their will be no audio.Buts till MX player is regarded as a powerful video player.
